Client Experience Manager
Josh Koza is the Client Experience Manager for Snider Premier Growth and Exit Planning Institute. He will be establishing, maintaining, and enhancing member relations; managing and supporting all SPG and EPI events and programs; as well as supporting overall business development. Josh is a 2011 graduate of Ohio Northern University, where he received a BSBA in management. After graduation, Josh began his professional career in the MRO industry in Cleveland, OH where he played an integral role in support of some of the company’s largest, strategic accounts. Following a move to Columbus, OH, he transitioned to both the 3PL and asset-based transportation industries, serving in roles of fleet management, customer sales and regional operations management.
