K. Brooke Norman

Kimberly “Brooke” Norman is the Vice President of Marketing for Snider Premier Growth and the Exit Planning Institute (EPI), as well as the Vice President of 2M Direct, a digital sales and marketing service.
At EPI, Brooke is responsible for improving the brand awareness and business development opportunities through online and offline methods of engagement. She is laser focused on enhancing the CEPA brand and increasing the opportunity for those advisors to be showcased as industry leaders throughout the market. Brooke is also the key staff focused on engaging the ultimate benefactor of value acceleration: the business owner.
Under her leadership in 2017, the EPI community will release 12 State of Owner Readiness Surveys as well as host six Owners Forums to better educate the market on the need for exit planning now. Focused on driving awareness on a regional, national, and global scale, Brooke is a resource for CEPAs and advisors who are looking to gain visibility and capture thought leadership opportunities in the fields of exit planning and value growth services. Prior to joining EPI, Brooke worked as the Communications Specialist for the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) as a key member of their marketing and client services team. Early in her career, Norman’s marketing experience was cultivated in the hospitality industry as she led the marketing execution for several key restaurants in a competitive fine dining market in which she had stake. She worked as the general manager for a SoMo Community Restaurant Group, with ownership in multiple restaurant concepts, during which time her team won a James Beard award, four years of consecutive AAA Four Diamond awards and the Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence” 2011 & 2012.
Outside the workplace, Brooke serves her community by holding a position on the Communications Committee Board for America SCORES Cleveland along with active participation in the Cleveland Chapter of the National Association of Professional Women and her children’s local PTA.
